McCain Gets Audited; Obama Does Not
Despite claims of campaign donations from overseas (not allowed) and miscategorized payments to ACORN consultants, Obama will not be audited. His refusal to use public financing is the reason and the historic amount of small donations to his campaign makes it near impossible. Remember he did originally agree to use public financing if his opponent did. Flip flop? Flop flip? McCain had to save almost $10 million in campaign funds just to cover the expenses of defending an audit.
